Online Business Manager

This is a multi-discipline position, requiring First Class support for a fast-paced Online Business Coach.

As the community grows, the position will grow with it, with a view to creating an offshore VA agency as a part of service offerings, I am looking for someone who can grow with my business and my requirements, eventually stepping into a management position and growing the team around them as required.

To start, tasks will include:

– Creating social media content through cutting clips, and using AI tools
– Creating copy for social media using ChatGPT
– Onboarding new clients into coaching programs and ensuring a smooth process
– Improving customer experience and onboarding experience through automation and process creation
– Searching for leads in LinkedIn and sending InMail messaging
– Creation and sending of newsletters through Builder All
– Creating content and posting across multiple platforms
– Graphic design for Social media using Canva and other tools
– Course upload, management, and enrollment through the Builderall platform
– Landing page creation through Builder All
– Website editing, updating, and management through BUilder All
– Someone with a keen eye for detail with the layout, Graphic and aesthetics of Websites and Landign pages
– Set up and manage Facebook adds
– Using and learning AI tools for cold outreach campaigns and Sell by Chat processes
– Sending out invoices and contracts for all new onboarded clients through Stripe and Docusign
– Automating onboarding process and improving systems

The successful candidate needs to be excellent at written and verbal communication. Someone that isn’t afraid to take the lead, and also improve skills. Someone with experience in these positions, and the capacity to build a team as we grow.

Someone with experience in managing a team, and an idea on how to grow the team capabilities as we expand.

Someone who desires to grow with the company.

Experience as an Online Business Manager/Customer Support Manager ideal.

Someone who has worked with Coaches in the past ideal.
