The Role

Skyrocket Marketing, a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in WordPress development and CRO, Ads & SEO for ecommerce clients, is seeking a talented part-time Online Business Manager (OBM) for our agency. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization and thrives in a dynamic project-driven environment. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
– Work closely with the director to free up his time and help manage his emails.
– Liaise with the marketing and project management leads to create, manage and optimise the internal agency processes and systems.
– Demonstrate outstanding time management and self-accountability in a remote work environment.
– Coordinate and manage project tasks among team members, ensuring smooth campaign execution using Notion, Clickup and Slack.

Requirements

– A minimum of 2 years of experience as an OBM or similar business management background.
– Experience managing director level emails and correspondence
– Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, account managers, developers, designers, and marketers.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ideally located within a 3hr time difference to GMT +10/11.
– Accurate time tracking with Clickup.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Notion, Go High Level, Clickup, Loom, Zoom & Slack.
– You will need your own internet connection, computer, and a suitable workspace.

Expectations

– Take over coordination responsibilities to free up executive time.
– Increase delivery efficiency & capacity through processes.

Work Schedule

– Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with 2 hours distributed flexibly each day.
– Availability for a 30-minute full team meeting at 10 am (GMT +10/11) on Mondays and a 9:45 am meeting on Fridays is required.

Employment Type:

– Initial 3-month probation period, with the opportunity for long-term engagement based on performance.
