Job Summary

At Key Avenue Group, a team under Keller Williams, we are dedicated to helping our partners achieve their Personal, Professional, and Financial Goals through the vehicle of real estate. We are seeking an experienced Business Integrator to join our team and oversee the integration and alignment of business processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting rapid growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business integration roles. This position requires a commitment to the vision set forth by leadership to be the best vehicle in the industry for our partners to succeed. The Business Integrator will work closely with leadership to strategize and execute a plan to grow the team from 13 agents and 100 annual transactions to 60 agents and 375 annual transactions in the next 12 months.

Objectives:

– Align business operations with strategic goals to facilitate growth and expansion.
– Integrate cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
– Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Develop and manage financial plans to support sustainable growth.
– Foster collaboration across departments to drive process improvements and innovation.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement business integration strategies that support company-wide growth initiatives.
– Analyze and streamline business processes to improve operational efficiency.
– Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure business processes align with organizational goals.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of business operations.
– Leverage relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance business integration efforts.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, laws, and regulations.
– Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive business integration.
– Manage and mentor an international team, including VAs, ISAs, and TCs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

– Three or more years of experience in a business integration or similar role.
– Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to integrate and align business processes.
– Extensive knowledge of business operational functions and principles, including human resources, finance, client care, sales, marketing, and team management.
– Superior leadership and communication skills, evidenced by previous professional achievements.
– Experience developing and managing financial plans to support business growth.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
– Proven ability to create and implement systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
– Ability to streamline business operations to support rapid growth and expansion.
– A self-starter with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on details.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or a related field.
– Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business and real estate management software.
– Superior negotiation skills.

Pay: $30-40K annual (base and bonus pay)
