Job Overview:
As the Online Business Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the CEO and our team across a wide range of operational and strategic areas. Your role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of business processes, encompassing project management, email marketing, data oversight, inbox and task management, social media scheduling, podcast management, and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Team Support: Aid the CEO and team in planning and executing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Address and resolve project-related challenges.

Email Marketing Management: Manage and optimize email marketing funnels. Design and execute email campaigns, analyze their performance, and make necessary adjustments for enhanced engagement and conversions.
Data Oversight and Reporting: Supervise business data and provide accurate reporting. Utilize data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Inbox and Task Management: Handle multiple inboxes efficiently and manage tasks within ClickUp, ensuring team members adhere to their responsibilities and deadlines.
Social Media Management: Schedule, oversee, and evaluate social media posts. Continuously refine the social media strategy to improve audience engagement.
Podcast Management: Manage the uploading of podcast episodes and the handling of advertisements, integrating these seamlessly with our broader marketing efforts.
Community Support/Client Onboarding/Offboarding: Provide outstanding support to our community members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new clients and a thoughtful offboarding experience. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Testimonial Collection: Actively collect and manage client testimonials, showcasing the impact and success of our coaching services.
Requirements:
Solid experience in business or project management.
Proficient in email marketing strategies and tools- such as converkit/kajabi.
Experience or willingness to learn Searchie Platform.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks in Click Up and inboxes GMAIL.
Strong background in social media management.
Experience with podcast management and oversight.
Experience in client onboarding/offboarding and community support.
Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively.
Independent worker, comfortable in a remote work environment.
Must be ok with constant change.
