As we look to expand our product line, we seek a dynamic Online Business Manager to help us grow and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:
– Business Development:
– Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and expand product offerings.
– Analyze market trends and competition to create and implement effective response strategies.
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

– Operational Management:
– Optimize company operations to improve efficiency, speed, and reduce costs.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations.
– Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the company’s financial health.

– Customer Relationship Management:
– Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
– Address customer concerns and work with product factories to improve product quality.
– Prevent and manage public dissatisfaction on social media.

Platform Management:
-TikTok Shop: Learn the interface, manage account issues such as negative reviews or product listing problems.
-Shopify: Monitor website functionality, address communication issues, manage product listings, and oversee restocking.
-Amazon: Resolve product issues and handle negative reviews.
-Asana: Create and delegate tasks to the team for efficient project management.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in office software and management tools, including Google Drive.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, able to perform well under pressure.
– Preference will be given to candidates with industry-specific background and existing customer networks.
