– **Organizational Leadership**: Keep a pulse on our various projects, ensuring tasks are on track and deadlines are met.

– **Team Communication**: Oversee daily communication, ensuring clarity and alignment among team members.

– **Meeting Management**: Lead daily team huddles, weekly meetings, and periodic planning sessions. Ensure each meeting is productive, focused, and heart-centered.

– **Systems and Tech oversight**: Ensure all technical aspects of our business (like email campaigns and Zapier integrations) function smoothly. Troubleshoot issues when necessary.

– **Launch Planning**: Coordinate and manage the various elements of our monthly launches, ensuring a seamless experience for our community.

– **Documentation**: Create, maintain, and refine our operational systems and procedures.
