Online Business Manager/ Integrator

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Online Business Manager/Integrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing online businesses and possess a comprehensive understanding of various software tools and business processes. As an Online Business manager or integrator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and driving growth in our organization.
Responsibilities:
Software Proficiency: The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Online Business Manager and a strong working knowledge of the following software tools:
?ClickUp: Utilize ClickUp to manage tasks, projects, and team collaboration efficiently.
?Loom: is proficient in creating and sharing video messages to enhance communication and documentation.
?LucidChart: Use LucidChart to develop and improve visual process flowcharts and diagrams.
?Slack: Facilitate team communication and collaboration through Slack channels and integrations.
?Hubspot: Employ Hubspot to manage customer relations, marketing efforts, and sales pipelines.
?Dubsado: Leverage Dubsado for streamlined client onboarding, contract management, and invoicing.
?Operations Management: Develop, implement, and optimize systems, processes, and workflows to enhance overall efficiency and productivity within the organization.
?Metrics Management: Take charge of defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure business performance and make data-driven decisions. Analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
?Team Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring clear communication, setting goals, and providing support to achieve targets. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
?Finance Management: Oversee financial processes, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial matters.
?Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and deliverables are of high quality.
?Launch Management: Facilitate and execute product or service launches, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
?Proven experience of at least 3+ years as an Online Business Manager in a similar capacity.
?Extensive knowledge of the listed software tools (ClickUp, Loom, LucidChart, Slack, Hubspot, Dubsado).
?Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
?Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
