Online Business Manager (Support / Sales / Operations)

We’re looking to hire a full-time Online Business Manager to join our team and help us scale. This is an exciting, remote position for someone looking to grow and learn!

We’re a small holding company operating a variety of mobile app, SaaS and service businesses with a lean, sharp, smart and growing team. Our founders have experience starting, scaling and selling businesses to millions of dollars and dozens of employees working remotely. We’re quite well versed in working remotely and with the Philippines in particular. Our goal is to onboard talented people and give them a platform to grow.

** ABOUT THIS ROLE **
This role is described as “Online Business Manager” — you’ll complete a variety of tasks associated with helping us scale and operate our current businesses. The focus will be in supporting a new service business we’re launching in go-to-market as well as in managing the day-to-day of a couple apps we operate (support, other assistance).
The tasks are varied and will change every day. This position is only relevant for someone that wants to learn on the job and is comfortable with change and an environment that is ever evolving. We give some example of tasks below.

** EXAMPLE OF STUFF YOU CAN BE DOING **
1. Record loom videos for potential clients following a playbook/instructions;
2. Responding to support tickets for our app and creating internal tickets for our developers;
3. Supporting the management of our training programs (setting up newsletters and communication, ensuring all information is kept up to date etc);
4. Follow instructions developed by experts on how to optimise our apps in terms of ASO (App Store Optimisation)
5. Adjust and generate reports for ongoing ad campaigns, sometimes create new variants of these campaigns;
6. Support generation of reports or execution of projects as a project manager;

Again, this will give you the opportunity to experience A LOT of different roles in one and grow as a professional.

** EXPECTATIONS / MUST HAVEs **
– Excellent spoken and written english;
– Being comfortable with recording videos demoing a product or walking through a website;
– Ability to join audio or video calls – stable internet connection required;
– Available 8h/day (flexible hours) with at least 2h of overlap with Portuguese timezone for syncs.
– Fast learner;
– Attention to detail;
– Curiosity towards learning more and evolving;
– Some experience with online businesses and online tools.
