I’m looking for an Online Business Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our team where we support our clients all over the world on their journey with building their 6 and 7 figure (and beyond) businesses and attracting premium clients on LinkedIn.
About the Role:
– Responsible for managing the daily, weekly and monthly business activities across multiple functions of the business including operations, marketing, sales and client success.
– You’ll help to implement all key projects, including setting milestones, ensuring kpi’s are met and be the first point of contact for team members for deliverables.
-All Email and Calendar management for 2 inboxes (the CEO and client support inbox) will be managed by you to schedule appointments and ensure no important messages or tasks are missed.
– Creating systems, increasing efficiency and leveraging AI is key, so you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to create and maintain streamlined workflows.
– Manage and schedule social media content across 6 channels inline with our yearly content framework and channel specific strategies.
– You’ll be utilising and interpreting data and analytics across the business functions and systems to measure the performance of online initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
– Participate in quarterly and yearly team sessions with the CEO, run weekly team meetings and attend client meetings where applicable.
– You’ll want to be happy to work a 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday) approx 8 hours per day and comfortable working 100% remotely online using tools like Zoom and Basecamp and Go High Level).
– You’ll be expected to be a self-starter and be unafraid to dive in head first to learn quickly.

– You’ve got energy to burn. You love owning your role and seeing things through from start to finish. Figuring out problems and implementing new workflows and systems feels like a walk in the park to you.
– You Make It Better. Most of all, you’ll be committed to delivering a world-class experience for our clients. You’ll be comfortable driving change (We’ll expect you to raise issues or challenges as you see them, and actively participate in creating solutions).
– You take ownership, responsibility and when you say you’ll do something, it gets done. (There’s no blame, excuses, or denial around here).

To be clear we don’t expect you to work all that time, just that you are available during those times if we are going to work together.
