The Artful Parent has a blog () with hundreds of arts and crafts ideas for kids. We also create hundreds of instructional art videos for children on the Kids Art Spot ().
We are looking to create a new service for our audience – online private art lessons for children. In this service, parents will be able to book their child (aged 4-15) into 1 hour, online private art lessons with experienced art teachers.
We are now on the lookout for our first group of art teachers.
Necessary experience/skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in either Education or Art
* Minium of 2 years’ experience teaching art to children
* Lesson planning experience
* Intermediate drawing and painting skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent English skills
Desirable experience/skills:
* Have taught children online before
* Advanced drawing and painting skills
* Other artistic/creative skills (e.g. sculpture making, mosaics, etc.)
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and lead online private art lessons for students
* Contribute to the overall educational curriculum
