Overview:
We are a medical group that operates clinics and hospitals in Seoul specializing in plastic surgery, skin care, dental services, and laser eye correction. As an Online Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include handling patient inquiries, collecting essential data, and collaborating with Senior Consultants to ensure excellent customer service. With a focus on driving sales through effective communication, your role aligns with our motto, ‘Happy Patients, Always.’

This position requires a strong command of English, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining a clear and consistent communication flow, fostering the growth of our business in a professional manner. You’ll respond promptly to initial patient inquiries, prioritize responses to new inquiries, and efficiently manage your workload across multiple platforms. As part of the extended team based in Seoul, South Korea, you’ll collaborate closely with Senior Consultants to provide seamless support.

Your role involves collecting necessary data, keeping the employer informed of every inquiry, and reporting progress on each sale. Upholding the highest standards, you’ll treat client information with discretion, adhering to privacy and confidentiality policies. Your duties will be subject to daily, weekly, and monthly performance assessments, and it’s crucial to stay updated on provided services and industry best practices. Your commitment to professionalism and clear communication, will contribute to the success of our medical group, ensuring a positive experience for our patients across plastic surgery, skin care, dental, and laser eye correction services.

JOB DETAILS:
1. Monthly salary: 350USD + per month via PayPal
2. Working hours: Monday- Friday 9AM-7PM KST
3. Job role: Online Consultant
4. Location: Remote
5. Contract duration: 1 year contract with possibility for extension. (This contract includes a 3 month probation period with 90% salary)
6. Communication with your direct supervisor and Seoul office will be done via Telegram
