We are looking for an asset in the form of a skilled customer service representative to become part of our team.

The roll will include:

-Making sales by communicating with our customers directly via direct messaging
-Maintaining & building relationships with customers
-Tracking sales in a spreadsheet

This is a FULL-TIME position. The hours that are needed to be filled are 6AM-2PM Philippines time (PHT) and 2PM-10PMPhilippines time (PHT) 6-7 days p/week. Please ENSURE these hours are suitable to your lifestyle.

This job will have a base salary of $2-$3 per hour AND be incentive based – meaning commission will be offered once you have passed the probationary period (2% of all sales generated). There are also generous bonsuses if daily targets are hit (A $10 USD bonus for generating more than $500 in a single shift, for example). There will also be opportunities such as pay rises and team leader promotions. We want you to grow as we grow. You will be trained via our business systems, and everything will be laid in a way that helps ensure your success. HOWEVER, we are not looking for a robot, we want someone who can improvise and is quick witted if the conversation isn’t going the way it usually does.

Ability to be online for one of the two 6-day shifts offered above

Training will be provided, and a PAID probationary period will be in effect for your first month.
