Job Description

THE ROLE: Course Administrator for a US base company. This is a key company position where you will be working directly with the Executive Assistant and the CEO to administer the Certification Courses. This is really an unbelievable opportunity for the right person. VA must work Full-time (40 hours per week). Flexible working hours with an expectation to attend pre-scheduled team and departmental meetings. Benefits such as vacation, sick leaves, holiday offs, and a monthly allowance plan to pay for government statutory benefits will be made available when the team member passes the probationary period.

WORK DESCRIPTION:
– Work directly with the Executive Assistant and the CEO
– Course Admin for all the classes
– Setting up the Course Learning Portal via Kartra and Google Classroom
– Interact and reach out to students, assist and make sure no one falls behind
– Attend and co-host the classes with the CEO
– Encourage study groups or buddies
– Onboarding of students up to graduation and endorsement to the department handling employee referrals
– All administrative tasks for the courses (training will be provided accordingly)
– Direct coordination with the administration, marketing, and accounting teams for any course-related tasks, concerns, or challenges

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– Full-time commitment at 40 hours per week
– Flexible working schedule with a requirement to attend pre-scheduled departmental / team meetings
– Spoken and written English
– Writing and composing correspondence (emails, posts, etc…)
– Google Classroom
– Google Calendar Management
– Administrative tasks such as creating course contracts, monitoring sheets, etc.

Proficiency in or able to learn VERY quickly:
– Kartra
– YouTube uploading of videos (replay of classes)
– ZOOM
– Slack
– Google Workspace
– Google Classroom
– Excel / Spreadsheets

Equipment Requirements:
– Reliable Internet and Home Office Set-up
– Back-up internet connection preferred

Successful Candidates will demonstrate the ability to take initiative and be the “right hand” of the client.
After six months, the job can convert to regular employment with health benefits and paid time off.
