Job Description:
The Course Developer and Marketer will be responsible for designing, developing, and marketing high-quality courses on Amazon FBA and Airbnb. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise and marketing acumen to ensure the courses are educationally effective and reach a wide audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to outline course content.
Develop engaging and comprehensive course materials, including video lessons, written content, quizzes, and practical assignments.
Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices.
Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to promote the courses.
Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO to reach potential learners.
Create compelling marketing materials, including sales pages, promotional videos, and ads.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Project Management:
Manage the course development timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all course materials meet our standards.
Community Engagement:
Build and manage an online community of learners.
Provide support to students through discussion forums, live Q&A sessions, and other interactive formats.
Gather and implement feedback to continuously improve the courses.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and marketing online courses, specifically in the areas of Amazon FBA and/or Airbnb.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.
Proficient in using course development tools and platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, Udemy).
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce or real estate industries.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
A portfolio showcasing previous course development and marketing successes.
