Position Overview:
As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers primarily through online channels such as chat, email, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
