Job Description:
We are a dynamic online company seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support across various channels including live chat, text, email, and phone. This full-time position requires a commitment to work from 9 AM to 5 PM PST, ensuring a timely and effective response to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and promptly respond to customer inquiries through live chat, text, email, and phone support.
Provide assistance with refunds in a courteous and efficient manner.
Answer general customer questions regarding our services and policies.
Address and resolve technical support issues, providing clear and understandable guidance.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand standards in all customer interactions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Work closely with the logistics and technical teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek to improve knowledge of our products and customer service processes.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
Proven experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting, is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as proficiency in customer service software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Must be available to answer phone calls
