Job Description

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to client’s website and increase brand awareness. They will also be responsible for measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and making recommendations for future improvements. The Digital Marketer will work closely with the social media manager to create engaging content and campaigns across a variety of platforms. This is a part-time role for 20-22 hours a week for $420 monthly.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines
• Create, manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and report on key performance metrics
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving website traffic and conversion rates
• Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media profiles
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with an eye for design

Preferred:
• Experience in B2B digital marketing
• Experience with SEO and SEM
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
