We are currently seeking a highly capable and proactive Online E-Commerce Order Processing Associate to join our team and oversee a range of critical tasks and help drive our business forward. Your primary responsibility will be managing all e-commerce website orders, primarily Amazon and Shopify, but you will also be called upon to leverage your expertise in handling various tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate is diligent, self-motivating, and detail orientated with a niche for problem-solving and multi-tasking. This position requires someone with advanced computer skills who is internet savvy and does not get easily distracted. This is a fast-paced business environment, so previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
The most important quality for the candidate is to have a high degree of COMMON SENSE.

Position: Online E-Commerce Order Processing Associate
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm PST (Los Angeles, CA time zone)
Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Efficiently handle high volume order processing for multiple storefronts
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock levels as needed.
Prevent order errors by reviewing for accuracy and pricing discrepancies.
Communicate with order processing for multiple storefronts. and the appropriate teams regarding any shipment delays or orders.
Customer Service Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages via the Amazon messaging portal.
Resolve customer issues with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Essential Requirements:
E-commerce experience: 1 year
Must have strong Excel skills.
Proficiency in handling order processing, customer service, and inventory management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and market research techniques.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to dynamic business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Shipstation or ShipWorks experience is a plus
Experience processing orders on Amazon seller, Shopify is a bonus
Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Chewy, Etsy, Shopify etc) is a plus.
Quick and efficient with a can do attitude – rolling up your sleeves and tack any task to make sure the company doesn’t falter.
Must be able to work from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday PST (Los Angeles, CA time zone)
