Online Group Community Manager

About Us:
Nutrition with Judy is a thriving online community dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey with the Carnivore Diet. Our team comprises experienced practitioners committed to providing valuable resources, expert guidance, and a supportive environment for our 200+ members, mostly women aged 40-60 with chronic illnesses.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to help nurture and grow our online group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, experience in community management, especially within groups or social media platforms, and excellent communication skills. Your main role will be to maintain a positive, supportive, and active community, ensuring that our members feel valued and engaged.

Responsibilities:
– Moderate Discussions: Ensure that all interactions within the community adhere to our guidelines and maintain a supportive and respectful tone. Need to ensure morale and encouragement is positive. Need to ensure marketing or misinformation is not widespread. (Why knowing NwJ’s content is critical) or at least ask the team if the content needs review).

– Engage Members: Actively participate in discussions, initiate conversations, and encourage member participation.

– Content Creation: Develop and share relevant and valuable content, including articles, polls, and challenges. (Most of this will be done by the team)

– Event Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate online events, such as live Q&A sessions, challenges, and webinars.

– Customer Support: Address member queries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

– Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze member feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the community experience.

– Report Generation or Group Status: Provide regular reports on community engagement and member feedback.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a community manager, particularly in managing groups or social media communities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of the nuances of Nutrition with Judy’s approach to the Carnivore Diet.
– Experience with Mighty Networks is required.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive community atmosphere.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Passion for wellness and helping others on their health journey.
