As an Online Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in remotely supporting the installation of AI systems in the U.S. This is a fully remote contractor position where you will guide on-the-ground technicians through various installation steps, ensuring successful implementation and troubleshooting of any issues that arise. Your expertise in hardware, software, and troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering high-quality support to our partners and customers. Payment for this role is on an hourly basis.
You would bring:
– Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English with an easy-to-understand accent, confidence in speaking, and smooth communication skills.
– Technical Equipment: Dedicated work PC with a fast and stable internet connection, sufficient RAM, and adequate memory.
– Experience: Proven experience in handling communication in English, including calls and interactions with various business partners.
– Technical Expertise: Familiarity with hardware, software, and troubleshooting. This role requires candidates who can handle technical tasks beyond basic help, such as adjusting laptop brightness or taking screenshots.
– Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and take control of situations under stress.
– Self-Learning Ability: A fast learner with the capability to research and troubleshoot issues independently before seeking assistance.

– Flexibility: Ability to work long shifts when needed, with the understanding that Field Engineers (FEs) may need to stay late until the job is done.
