Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Online Inventory Portal Manager to join our team. As an Online Inventory Portal Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding Lynn & Liana onto new customers online portals. This would look like managing and maintaining our online inventory portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, images, and pricing. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence to drive sales.

Responsibilities:
• Add, manage and update online inventory portals by adding new products, images, and updating pricing information.
• Ensure accurate and consistent product descriptions, specifications, and details are provided on all platforms.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of product information, pricing, and images.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain accurate product data and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability on the portals.
• Optimize product listings for improved search rankings and visibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the online inventory portals.

Requirements:
• Exceptional computer skills, with expertise in managing online inventory portals.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills.
