Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Launch Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, executing, and optimizing online launches, with a focus on challenges and webinars. As the Online Launch Manager, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and engaging experience for our audience across various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Write, edit, and schedule compelling social media posts to promote upcoming launches.
Ensure the content aligns with the overall launch strategy and brand messaging.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and adjust strategies as needed.

Email Marketing:
Craft and edit emails to generate interest in upcoming challenges, ensuring alignment with overall launch goals.
Schedule email campaigns, including reminders and replays, to maintain audience engagement.
Optimize email sequences for maximum impact and audience retention.

Launch Schedule Management:
Take the lead in creating and managing the launch schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the Technical Team, Executive Assistant, Video Editor, and Content Scheduler to ensure a cohesive and congruent launch strategy.
Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.

Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in managing online launches, with a focus on challenges and webinars.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with ad platforms is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the online business or coaching industry.
Demonstrated success in coordinating and managing successful online launches.
