Property Listings: Prepare and manage property listings on MLS, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
Lead Generation: Utilize various platforms and strategies to generate leads and grow our client base.
Appointment Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, including property showings and client meetings.
Booking Showings: Arrange and confirm property showings with potential buyers and renters.
Promotional Ads: Create and post promotional ads on platforms like Kijiji, Facebook, and other social media channels to increase property visibility.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the real estate team as needed, including document preparation and client communication.
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote listings and attract new clients.
Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, answering inquiries and providing necessary information promptly.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in Canadian real estate administration or as a law clerk is required.
Proactivity: A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using MLS, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing: Basic knowledge of online marketing and advertising strategies.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
