Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a spirited Online Live Chatter to be a key player in our digital team. This role is all about engaging and interacting with clients and partners in real-time, ensuring they feel valued and enhancing their overall experience with our content.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with online visitors using our chat platform, responding to messages and comments in a timely manner.
– Uphold the brand voice and image while interacting.
– Address and resolve any subscriber concerns or issues.
– Offer updates about upcoming content, merchandise, or events.
– Document notable interactions for content ideas or feedback purposes.
– Collaborate closely with the content creation team to stay aligned with brand messaging.
– Document interactions for future follow-ups and nurturing.
– Stay updated with our latest campaigns, success stories, and service updates.
– Ensure the safety and privacy standards are always maintained.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in a customer engagement or online chat support role.
– Exceptional written communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with marketing jargon and basic concepts.
– Ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and discretion.
– Proficiency with chat tools and software.
– Open-mindedness and respect for diverse subscriber backgrounds and inquiries.
– Availability for varying shifts, including some weekends.
