Online Marketing Assistant

Who we are: Granite America is an established company with over 20 years in the kitchen and bathroom industry, and we’re excited to launch a new division focused on online retail furniture sales. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Job description: As an Online Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our new division focused on online retail furniture sales. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Product Research:
o Conduct thorough research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences in the furniture market.
o Stay updated on industry developments and emerging product categories.

2. Product Design Insights:
o Collaborate with our design team to provide valuable insights for product design and enhancements.
o Understand customer needs and translate them into design recommendations.

3. Logistics Management:
o Coordinate logistics related to product inventory, shipping, and delivery.
o Ensure timely and efficient movement of furniture items from suppliers to customers.

4. Online Marketing Campaigns:
o Assist in creating and implementing effective online marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and paid advertising.
o Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data analysis.

5. Performance Metrics Analysis:
o Track website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
o Use data-driven insights to improve user experience and drive sales.

6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
o Communicate effectively to achieve common goals.

To be successful, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in sales analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for interior design.
• 1+ years’ experience in online sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10,000 per year (depending on experience)
Bonus: Dependent upon individual and business performance
Primary Location: Remote – Metro Manilla Preferred.
Secondary Locations: DMV Area, Baltimore, and others as necessary
Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-2:00PM (US East Coast Time)
