**Key Responsibilities:**
– Create and post engaging, accurate, and attractive listings for our vacant land properties on Facebook Marketplace, various Facebook groups targeted at real estate or specific interests, and Craigslist.
– Monitor and update listings regularly to ensure they remain visible and attractive to potential buyers.
– Engage with potential buyers by responding promptly to inquiries and providing detailed information about the properties.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and interest in our listings, including the use of keywords, hashtags, and targeted group postings.
– Collaborate with our marketing team to align listings with ongoing promotional campaigns and branding efforts.
– Analyze the performance of listings and provide reports on engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
– Stay updated with trends in online real estate marketing and suggest improvements to our listing strategies.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in online marketing, social media management, or a related field, with a focus on real estate being highly desirable.
– Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear property listings.
– Familiarity with the platforms of Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and how to navigate and post in Facebook groups effectively.
