Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage our online marketplaces, such as amazon, target, Walmart store operations, enhance product listings, handle customer service, and assist in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate must have expertise in graphics and be proficient in Photoshop, including tasks such as colorizing images.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:
Create, update, and optimize Online Marketplace places Amazon, Target, Walmart product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies.

Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly through Amazon’s messaging system.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.

Order Fulfillment:
Oversee the order fulfillment process, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipping.
Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the management team.

Marketing and Promotion:
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including Amazon Sponsored Products and other PPC initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with broader marketing efforts.

Graphics and Photoshop Expertise:
Create premium A+ graphics for product listings and promotional materials.
Utilize Photoshop to colorize images and enhance visual content.
Ensure all graphic content meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

Administrative Support:
Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records related to Amazon operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the e-commerce team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce or Amazon Seller Central.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including listing optimization, order management, and customer service.
Experience in digital marketing and PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon listings.
Highly skilled in graphics, including building premium A+ graphics.
Expertise in Photoshop, including colorizing images and enhancing visual content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant digital tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
