Job Title: Online Outreach Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time, 4 hours daily (The first 2 weeks will only be 2 hours/each day)
Salary: $3 per hour
About the Role:
As a Real Estate Social Media Coordinator, you will manage our social media outreach and engagement strategies, primarily focusing on Facebook, to generate leads for pre-construction homes and new builds. This role involves joining and engaging in relevant Facebook groups, posting informative content, and directly messaging potential clients, with an expansion into LinkedIn outreach and email marketing as proficiency grows.
Key Responsibilities:
-Facebook Group Management: Join targeted real estate groups in specific geographic areas such as Toronto and Calgary. Monitor and update group membership statuses and interactions in a detailed tracking document.
-Content Creation and Posting: Develop and post engaging content that highlights the benefits and features of new real estate projects. Maintain a regular posting schedule to ensure consistent engagement.
-Lead Generation and Engagement: Directly message potential clients who show interest in real estate investments. Send personalized messages (Provided) that encourage discussions and lead toward client conversion.
-Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of interactions, posts, and engagement levels.
-Provide weekly reports on progress and insights into potential strategic adjustments.
-Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all activities comply with the rules of each platform, particularly to avoid bans or penalties due to aggressive marketing practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience with social media management, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn.
-Strong understanding of the real estate market, specifically in preconstruction homes and new builds.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Ability to create engaging and professional content for a variety of audiences.
-Proficient in managing spreadsheets and tracking documents.
-Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in lead generation and online sales strategies.
-Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji for advertising.
-Background in marketing, communications, or related field.
