Online Presence Manager – Victor the Laser Guy

Job Description:

Victor W is an entrepreneur venturing into the realms of Motion Capture Technology and Laser Show Services. With high-end laser equipment, he crafts awe-inspiring laser shows for raves and private events. Victor is also exploring the potential of a motion capture suit for various applications. He is on the lookout for a dedicated individual who can help establish a strong online presence for his laser business, and assist in the exploratory phase of his motion capture venture. As well as outreach for potential business opportunities. (email marketing or influencer marketing)

Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Develop captivating multimedia content including videos, graphics, articles, showcasing the laser shows and motion capture potentials using tools like Canva or other video software.

Collaborate with Victor to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for content.
Social Media Management:

Devise and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience.
Oversee social media accounts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Audience Engagement:

Engage with the audience through strategic interactions, comments, and community engagement.
Analyze engagement metrics to fine-tune strategies for maximized reach and engagement.
Online Presence:

Assist in the creation and management of a professional website for the laser show services.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms to optimize content performance.
Motion Capture Assistance:

If experienced, assist in exploring the applications of the motion capture suit.
Administrative Assistance:

Benefits Training- you will get the option of training on anything of your choosing, including hobbies, future jobs, or even studying for your school work!, just write a couple-minute summary on what you learned and email it to me, you then get paid the low Training wage of $1.50 an Hour. You get a limit of 1 Training Hour per week. This is an optional bonus to encourage your growth. Not required and this is not an indication of the wage we can negotiate. This is a separate training wage.

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
Strong capability in creating engaging content across various media types.
Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
Creative thinker with a knack for innovative ideas.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Understanding of branding and brand consistency.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics.
Experience with 3D rendering, AI, and Stable Diffusion is a plus but not mandatory.
