Job Description:
As an Online Receptionist for our client, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to all patients by booking appointments, answering queries, and directing communications to the appropriate staff members. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
– Schedule and manage appointments using an online booking system.
– Transfer calls or escalate inquiries to the appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.
– Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed.
– Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the clinic.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will possess the following:
– Strong proficiency in written and spoken English;
– Familiar with medical and cosmetic terms;
– Experience as a seller of beauty and cosmetics is highly advantageous;
– Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous;
– Own internet;
– Own computer;
– Own headset for calls; and
– Contingencies in place to circumvent brownouts and internet interruptions.
Work Schedule:
– Monday: 9:30am – 1:00 pm
– Wednesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
– Thursday: 9:30am – 1:00pm
– Saturday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
