Online Receptionist at PastrunL Medical Group

Position: Online Receptionist

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Starting Rate: $4 per hour

Shift: Graveyard shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (CST time)

> Comfortable working independently during the graveyard shift
> Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients/patients via email, chat, and video calls
• Assist with inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
• Handle difficult or irate clients with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information
• Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
