Online Research and Data Entry Position

We are a US-based e-Commerce company seeking skilled, intelligent creative thinkers. We are seeking people who are able to solve problems and work on their own initiative. We are after candidates with courage and a drive to be outstanding in the sector. Full training will be provided with career progression for the correct Rockstar candidates.
We are looking for two detail-oriented people to join our team. The role involves analyzing data across different websites, which will then be compiled into a Google Sheets document.
You will be given everything needed to learn and apply that knowledge in this job – no prior experience required. You will be paid during your training.
Your targets will be clearly laid out and meeting targets will result in bonuses.
The role is part time – 25 hours per week. A big perk of this job is flexible working hours, as long as targets are met.
Required Skills:
· Be able to communicate effectively in English with good level of reading and written English
· Advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge and great math skills.
· Able to follow direction, processes & structured plans
· Computer Literate
· Data Entry
· Attention to detail
· Confidence and ability to work under pressure.
· Provide daily reports of progress
· Specific training will be provided so you must be willing to learn new systems
· Ask questions if you don’t understand directions

You must be available to start immediately
– You must not be working for another company at the same time
– You must be available to work from Monday to Friday
– You must be able to respond to business queries promptly during working hours.
OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay rate: 9,000 PHP/month
Salary will rise as responsibilities grow within the company.
You will get paid Bi-weekly via Wise
Potential for performance related bonuses on top of 13th Month.

Timeline for applications:
Applications must be made by 6pm on Wednesday the 22nd Feb when they will be reviewed
An email for a zoom interview will be promptly sent out to those invited to the next and final stage of the application (The 15 minute zoom interview will be conducted during one of the two time slots: Thursday 23rd Feb : 8 AM-11AM (Philippines) 6PM – 9 PM (CDT). Friday 24th Feb: 8 AM-11AM (Philippines) 6PM – 9 PM (CDT)
Training period will commence on Monday 27th February and last for roughly 5 days
A paid trial week will begin on Monday the 27th of February and onboarding will be completed during this week
If accepted, a full time role will be subject to a 1 week trial period at full pay (PHP 18,000/month)
