Our growing digital marketing agency is seeking a motivated data capture, online research, and lead generation specialist to be a member of our fulfillment team in the Philippines.
An ideal candidate has experience with the following:
Working in a cross-functional team with account managers, graphic designers, video editors, web developers, and other key creative personnel
Scrum/Agile Project Management Philosophy
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
ListKit and WebElect is highly preferred
HighLevel (importing data only)
Zapier
Slack
ClickUp
Zoom

As our lead generation and data capture specialist, you can expect your workday to include the following tasks:
Checking in with the team for the morning via Slack
Reviewing fulfillment tasks assigned to you in ClickUp and supporting the needs of your fulfillment team colleagues on projects assigned to them.
Coordinating with our Staffing and Systems Manager via Zoom and Slack to clarify any confusion and collect information on new projects
Updating your assignments on our ClickUp board according to the Scrum project management philosophy
Conducting detailed, deep internet research
Pulling consumer, voter, and business information from online database platforms to create lead lists for clients
Verifying, cleaning, and organizing pulled data for use on various marketing campaigns which may include direct mail, cold email, and peer-to-peer SMS campaigns
Uploading data files to appropriate systems
Making public records requests
Completing various online research tasks

Work hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday-Friday with paid vacation for all Philippine National Holidays and an additional two weeks of paid vacation throughout the year.
