– Communicate with customers as well as internal operation team members to ensure smooth check-in/out process
– Managing short term rentals using OTAs & Airbnb and update reservation details on PMS accordingly
– Quick responding to guests inquiries, updating calendars, and keep track of upcoming reservations
– Contacting upcoming guests to ensure payment is secured and smooth check-in process
– Email and Whatsapp Messages/calls Outreach
– Manage overbooking situation
– Charging daily pre-paid bookings
– Manage the extranet for stop sale and topping up room allotments
– Maintain a high level of guest telephone contact skills while promoting the hotel
– Deal with VIPs, regular guests, group allocations
– Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
– Customer Service Specialist (Chat, Phone, and Escalations)
– Knowledge in using Zoom, WhatsApp, Asana, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
– Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate in a very concise and effective manner with customers & supervisors
– Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
– Ability to multi-task in an extremally high-paced environment
– Ability to work by shifts at late evenings, weekends, and other hours as required by our schedule
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually
– Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems
WORK EXPERIENCE
– Prefer prior hotel reservations system experience
