Key Responsibilities:

– Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce our digital marketing services, with a focus on understanding their needs and how we can assist in achieving their objectives.
– Live Chatting: Manage live chat on our website, engaging visitors in real-time, answering their queries, and providing information about our services to generate interest.
– Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads to contribute to the sales pipeline.
– Client Engagement: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with potential clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
– Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.
– Data Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, chat logs, and follow-up details in our CRM system.
– Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
– Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to enhance our sales strategy and service offerings.
Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
