Position: Online Sales Chatter
Location: Remote
Salary: $650 – $900 per month
Work Schedule: 10 hours per day, 2 days in a row, followed by 2 days off

Responsibilities:
– Engage with potential customers through online chat platforms
– Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
– Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
– Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
– Maintain professional, friendly, and empathetic communication
– Adhere to scheduled work hours, including 10-hour shifts over 2 consecutive days, with 2 days off afterward

Qualifications:
– Fluent written English
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products
– Eagerness to be coached, grow within the company, and commit to a full-time, long-term role
– Preferred age group: Young and motivated individuals
– No previous experience required

Full 4-Week Training:
– We provide comprehensive 4-week training to all selected candidates. This program is designed to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Hiring Process:

Interview process:
1. Interested candidates must complete a form to provide us with the necessary information.
2. Doing a Writing and English Test: Candidates will be required to complete a written English test to assess language proficiency.
3. Recording a Short Video: Applicants will be asked to record a brief video to showcase their communication skills.
4. Interview: Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview to further assess qualifications and alignment with our company values.
