As an Online Sales Expert at KodeIQ, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the benefits of our real estate website solutions to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct strategy calls, understand the client’s needs, and effectively communicate how our software can elevate their online presence as real estate agents. The role is part-time, offering flexibility in choosing your work hours and schedule.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Strategy Calls:
Attend scheduled strategy calls with potential clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our software.
Understand Client Needs:
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify the unique needs and challenges of real estate agents, emphasizing the value of our website solutions.
Present Software Benefits:
Clearly articulate the features and benefits of KodeIQ’s software, aligning them with the client’s business goals and aspirations.
Close Sales:
Effectively close sales by persuasively presenting the advantages of our monthly subscription model, encouraging clients to subscribe to our software.
Build Relationships:
Cultivate positive relationships with potential and existing clients, fostering trust and confidence in our software solutions.
Provide Product Information:
Stay well-informed about the features, updates, and capabilities of KodeIQ’s software to address client inquiries accurately.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: Earn a competitive 20% commission on the monthly subscription fee for every client you successfully close.
Monthly Subscription Fee: PHP 700 per month.
Requirements:
Sales Experience:
Demonstrated experience in online sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our software to potential clients.
Customer-Focused:
A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address the unique needs of real estate agents.
Self-Motivated:
Proven ability to work independently, set personal targets, and stay motivated to achieve sales goals.
Flexible Schedule:
Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule, attending strategy calls based on the availability of potential clients.
