As we continue to expand our vision, we are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Lead Expert to drive customer engagement and help us connect with tenants seeking short-term accommodation.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage and follow up with online leads, responding to inquiries and providing information about our coliving offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants through effective communication, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
Collaborate with Leasing Managers to understand leasing requirements and assist in matching suitable tenants with available accommodations.
Utilise various online platforms, social media, and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive interest in our coliving spaces.
Conduct virtual property tours and presentations to showcase our unique offerings and amenities.
Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the tenant journey, from initial inquiry to lease signing.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition to continuously refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online sales and marketing platforms, as well as social media channels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in real estate, property management, or coliving is a plus.
Knowledge of the Sydney real estate market and short-term accommodations is advantageous.
