As the Camp Sales Manager at Watts Basketball, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to empower young athletes through the game of basketball. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the lives of aspiring basketball players and ensuring our camps reach as many deserving kids as possible. Your dedication and sales expertise will pave the way for future generations of basketball stars.

* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan: You will work closely with our leadership team to create a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with our overall goals and objectives. Your plan will include identifying target markets, establishing sales targets, and implementing effective strategies to drive camp registrations.
* Build relationships with schools and youth programs: As our Camp Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Watts Basketball in the community. You’ll establish and nurture relationships with schools, community centers, and youth programs to promote our camps and generate leads. Your ability to connect with key stakeholders and communicate the value of our programs will be essential in expanding our reach.
* Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups: You will use your exceptional presentation skills to showcase the unique benefits of our camps. By sharing your knowledge of our program’s transformative impact, you’ll inspire parents, guardians, and coaches to enroll their young athletes. Following up with interested prospects and answering any questions they may have will help ensure a smooth registration process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competition: As the Camp Sales Manager, it’s crucial for you to stay informed about current trends in the basketball camp industry. You’ll closely monitor our competition, identifying opportunities for differentiation and strategies to maintain our competitive edge. Your market insights will inform our camp offerings and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional experiences.
* Champion customer experience: At Watts Basketball, we believe in providing extraordinary customer experiences. You’ll be the point person for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
