Who we are:
We are a large real estate development company in Canada. Our team handles all functions relating to sales and marketing. All of our homes

What we do and how the buying process works:
We spend money on digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate leads for our project. We then follow up with the leads in our CRM. The initial follow up/contact needs to be within 15mins of the lead registering. We will then need to call the leads to give them basic information about the project and screen them. The purpose of this call is to get them to book an appointment with one of our local sales representatives to discuss and give them access to the current pricing and ultimately close the leads into what is called a worksheet. A worksheet is a purchase request form that contains the potential buyers desired unit/model of home and their basic contact information. The end goal is to collect as many worksheets (Purchase request forms as possible)

Step1: Lead registers on advertisement
Step2: Lead gets an automatic email and text with the project information
Step3: Virtual Sales Agent (You), call the lead within 15mins of registering to discuss the basics of the project and offer/push to have them book a quick 5min call-meeting or in-person at the developers head office with the specific projects sales manager to discuss current pricing, incentives and available inventory.
Step4: Continually reach out to leads to book an appointment if they are unresponsive.

What we need:
We need a virtual sales agent who has all of the below traits:
1. Fluent in English
(No Accent if possible, this will resonate better with our target market of buyers)

2. Ability to build rapport over the phone
(Need to be able to connect with the leads. We are not looking for someone who calls and just asks them if they want to buy and hang up and move to the next. You need to screen these leads, get to know them as best as possible, understand why they are thinking of buying, comfort them and then push to have them book an appointment with the projects “Sales Manager” to discuss current pricing and incentives. The “Sales Manager” will then attend the appointment booked via calendly link and try to close the lead into a worksheet).

3. Results oriented
(Your goal is to book as many appointments as possible with the sales manager).

4. Strong understanding of how real estate pre construction works.
(You need to understand that we are selling real estate that does not yet exist. We are selling a floor plan and a dream. You need to understand that for pre-construction condominiums there is a price list, deposit structure, maintenance fees, floor plans, etc. You will need to be able to send more information to the leads and answer basic questions they have. You also need to understand the concept that the end goal is to book as many appointments as possible as that in turn results in more worksheets)
