Position Overview:
As an Online Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls. Your objective will be to engage prospects, showcase our suite of products and services, secure appointments, and effectively close sales. We are seeking a motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and a resilient mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients within designated territories.
• Present company products/services to prospects, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Establish rapport with potential clients and uncover their unique needs through strategic questioning techniques.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and update our CRM system with pertinent information.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing.
• Ability to maintain productivity throughout the entire 8-hour shift (yes, that means consistently staying on the line for the full duration), reaching out to potential clients with outbound calls.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone demeanor.
• Proven capability to connect with prospects and foster rapport swiftly.
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with acute attention to detail.
• Tenacity and resilience in navigating objections and rejections.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other essential sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/marketing is advantageous.
