Online Salesman

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and has proven experience in English translation, sales, and customer care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing client communications, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in the preparation of sales presentations
– Handle client communications via chat
– Maintain and update the software system with accurate client information and activities.
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
– Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
– Translate documents and communications accurately and efficiently.
– Provide exceptional customer care, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Monitor and report on sales and customer service metrics and performance.

**Requirements:**
– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proven experience in English translation, sales, and customer care roles, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and customer care tools.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

**Preferred Qualifications:**.
– Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management.
– Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.

**Shift Options:**
– 11 PM – 7 AM PHT
– 7 AM – 3 PM PHT
– 3 PM – 11 PM PHT
