Online Sourcing Manager (Amazon VA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon business operations. The ideal candidate will manage various tasks related to product listings, customer service, order processing, and general administrative duties within the Amazon platform.

Responsibilities:
? – Manage product listings, including content optimization, keyword research, and ensuring accuracy and relevance.
? – Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
? – Coordinate inventory management, including restocking, forecasting, and managing product availability.
? – Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and suggesting strategies for improvement.
? – Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
? – Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends on the Amazon platform.
? – Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
? – Assist in resolving any issues related to Amazon policies, guidelines, or account management.

Requirements:
? – Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role within an e-commerce setting, preferably on Amazon.
? – Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and familiarity with its various tools and features.
? – Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices for product listings and ranking.
? – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
? – Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? – Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
? – Familiarity with tools or software for keyword research, analytics, and inventory management on Amazon.
? – Must have the ability to work on Keepa, Seller Amp, IP Alert etc
