Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Store Manager to manage 1-3 marketplaces in Europe. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence on these platforms, starting with a few products and gradually expanding our catalog. Your primary focus will be on becoming an expert on each marketplace, understanding their algorithms, and devising strategies to increase sales and visibility.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage new marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and marketplace trends.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze marketplace algorithms and metrics to develop strategies for improving product rankings and sales.
Collaborate with the COO and CEO to develop weekly progress reports and sales improvement plans.
Implement enhancements and optimizations to product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales growth.
Stay updated on marketplace policies, updates, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Continuously seek opportunities to expand our presence on existing and new marketplaces in Europe.
Maintain regular communication with the team to share insights, discuss strategies, and coordinate tasks effectively.

Requirements:
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills relevant to European markets are a plus.
– Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Note:
The initial workload for this position is expected to be 1-3 hours per day. However, as our sales grow and customer inquiries increase, the time commitment may expand accordingly. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and able to accommodate additional hours as needed to support the growth of our business. Rest assured, as our operations scale, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and hours.

Additional Qualification:

While previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace management is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this position.
