Leading US-based online career school is currently seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Student Support Coordinators. As a Student Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students’ success and overall satisfaction with their educational journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and assistance to our students throughout their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Records Management: Accurately review and maintain student records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
Weekly Student Progress Updates: Monitor students’ progress, academic performance, and attendance regularly. Provide timely updates to students, instructors, and relevant stakeholders.
Meeting Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between students, instructors, and support staff, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Report Generation: Prepare various reports, including student attendance, academic performance, and feedback evaluations, to help assess the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and legal regulations in handling student information and interactions.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to enhance the overall student experience and contribute to the school’s success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy and familiar popular virtual communication tools.
Empathetic and patient, with a genuine passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining accurate records and data.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 10 am to 6:30 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
