Online virtual assistant support position for an online English Academy.

About Q1 Academy:

Q1 Academy is an online English academy serving high-performing students from South Korea, China, and other markets. Our curriculum includes academic reading, writing, speaking, and custom courses for private students. Our students range from 4th to 8th grade and generally attend international schools. Most of our students will ultimately study in the United States.

Position Overview:
This position is for all around support for our academy. There is a lot of data support such as file management and data recording. It also has an aspect of speaking face to face with students (cameras on and recorded). Experience working with children (ages 9 to 14) is a bonus.

Duties include:
– Proctoring students while they complete their homework (Cameras on)
– Recording data in spreadsheets
– Sending Links/Messages/etc to students and teachers
– Google Classroom management
– Google Drive management
– Google Forms creation (for HW)
– PDF creation (Invoices/Written Reports)
– PDF editing (Adobe Acrobat – Textbook)
– Quality Control Check

Necessary for application:
You’ll Need:
— Fluent English (will be speaking directly with students)

Familiarity with:
– Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
– Adobe acrobat (PDF editing)
– Video and audio editing

Ideal candidate should:

Have extreme attention to detail (catch the small little errors that no one else sees)
Be reliable – log in and out same time without missing work days
Be deadline oriented
Be extremely organized

Bonus Skills:
These skills are not required, but will be a bonus to your application:
Experience with:
– Video editing
– Design
– HTML / CSS

Pay: 650,000 KRW a month

Employment Conditions:

Work 5 days a week [Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday]
Work hours: 3PM – 11PM (Korea Standard Time)
– With one hour break (flexible)
