Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, scheduling follow-up appointments with clients, responding to emails and inquiries, and supporting sales-related activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
M25 Systems, thriving home services and event management company, offers an exciting opportunity for an online surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying potential clients’ homes and offices via video.

Responsibilities:
Conduct online surveys with clients to gather feedback and insights
Schedule follow-up appointments with clients for survey assessments
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with sales-related activities, including lead generation and customer outreach
Maintain accurate records of survey results and client interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in surveying or customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties will include surveying existing leads, entering information into our main database, and meeting with clients via video chat or phone. Being a kind, accepting, and progressive human being is a must. Being a parent is an advantage.
