Client Overview:
Now, let’s discuss our clients, Courtney and Michael – the dynamic pair driving a successful full-service event management company. They excel in creating smooth in-person experiences and enhancing online engagements, focusing on email marketing, digital media, website development, sponsorships, travel logistics, and more.

They want to focus more on team meetings, running in-person events, and taking care of their clients, so they’re in search of a LONG-TERM Online Team Leader and Project Manager to become an integral part of their team. Acting as the backbone of their operations, the chosen candidate will work closely with the team, ensuring the seamless execution of their various services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
*Communicate or check up on 12 team members and their deliverables hourly
*Quality Control
*Timelines
*Deliverables
*Help Michael and Courtney (the co-founders) step further out of their roles as team leads.

Client Requirements:
*Management experience
*Must love people
*Need to be obsessed with people, communication, and quality of service
*Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, Asana, and Canva is preferred.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.
