Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with product sourcing for Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). As a Product Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying profitable products that meet our criteria for selling on Amazon. Your role will involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and making informed recommendations to optimize our product selection.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential products for Amazon FBA.
Analyze sales data, trends, and competition to assess product viability and demand.
Calculate product profitability including ROI, taking into account factors such as sourcing costs, shipping, and Amazon fees.
Source products that meet our criteria for selling on Amazon, including profitability thresholds and market demand.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships to negotiate pricing, terms, and logistics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sourcing activities and product data.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for product optimization and expansion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably for e-commerce platforms like Amazon FBA using Selleramp SAS, BuyBotPro or a similar software.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Familiarity with online research tools and platforms for product sourcing and market analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis.
