We are a fast-growing 3rd Party Online Retailer focused on the wholesale business model based in California. We seek a dynamic, passionate, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to add to our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for this growing business. She/He will grow with the company and become the manager, train the VAs to be recruited, and manage them with the company.

Job Roles

– Analyzing product data to determine profitability and market demand
– Identifying reputable suppliers, negotiating deals and managing relationship with them
– Reach out to potential suppliers/brands via email and phone to open business accounts and follow up with them
– Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new opportunities
– Conducting online research to find potential products for resale
– Manage logistic operations to streamline supply chain processes.
– Conducting product research
– Sourcing profitable products
– Analyzing product lists received from suppliers
– Managing inventory effectively
– Creating and managing purchase order
– Managing product listings
– Managing customer relationship
– Carry out general administrative tasks
– Monitor market trends and competition to adjust pricing strategies
– Analyze, monitor and report the account’s performance metrics, sales, competitive listings and pricing
– Create SOPs and document workflows
– Create reports periodically about all processes mentioned above and provide them to the CEO

Qualifications

– Minimum 6 months experience as a VA on Amazon wholesale business
– Capable of acquiring new knowledge through self-directed learning and thorough investigation
– Exhibiting a proactive approach to providing constructive feedback.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Highly self-motivated, with good time management, and well organized, has a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Able to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for forecasting, planning and managing
– Able to read Keepa charts and use Seller Amp, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
– Being able to use Sellerboard, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout is a plus
– Knows product sourcing methods
– Knows about finding distributors and wholesalers
– Able to talk with suppliers on the phone to open accounts
– Excellent English skills in verbal and written
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers and customers.
– Team player
– Able to adapt to PST time zone when needed

– Ability to work full-time and 40 hours per week.
